In addition, here are some more fun facts about what the team has been able to accomplish over the past year:

• We celebrated helping 100 educators (now closer to 200!) into over $100 million worth of homes so they can put down roots and stay committed to their schools and classrooms. School districts in three states and six metro areas are using Landed to retain and attract talent.
• With additional backing from existing partners like the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and new partners like Zoma Capital of Denver, we’re on track to help educators in over a dozen metro areas by the end of 2019, including Portland (Oregon), Austin, Honolulu, Boston, NYC, and Washington, D.C.
• Our partnership with the College Football Playoff Foundation helped us give the gift of homeownership to three lucky Bay Area teachers, who each received $25,000 in down payment grants that they could combine with Landed support to help buy a home. We formed new partnerships in Denver, CO and King County, WA, which will allow us to further expand into high priced areas within those states.

Much more is coming soon: new programs to expand who we serve; new barriers we’re busting in the industry; new partners to continue to help accelerate what we’ve started. We look forward to the new milestones this year will bring.
